About Accommodation

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 14:00 and check out is by 11:00.
    *However, the time may vary according to the content of the accommodation plan.
    Also, if you wish to check in late (after 22:00), please contact the front desk.

  • Is it possible to have my luggage kept before check-in or after check-out?

    We will keep it at the front desk (cloakroom) on the 1st floor.

  • Can I send my luggage in advance?

    Please fill in the name of the representative of the staying guests, the name of the sender of the luggage and your arrival day, and send it to the front desk below.

  • Is it possible to check-in early and check-out late?

    We will charge an additional fee if you wish for this service, so please contact us. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the availability of your room.

  • Does the hotel provide WiFi for the guest room?

    Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi for all guest rooms and the hotel lobby. Please read the QR code or ask our staff for the password to access.

  • Can I stay with my pet?

    Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel, with the exception of guide and service dogs.

  • Can I smoke in the hotel?

    Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, including the veranda. To smoke, please exit the main entrance on the 1st floor and use the designated smoking area on the left side.

  • Does the hotel have a wheelchair-accessible room?

    We have one room. The guest room type is “Superior” located on the 2nd floor. Please contact us in advance for availability.

  • Does the hotel have a connecting room?

    Adjacent Superior and Comfort type connecting rooms are available. Please contact us for more information.

  • When does the cancellation fee start?


    • 3 days prior to check-in – 30%
    • One day prior – 50%
    • same day – 100%
    • No show – 100%

  • When do I pay?

    The accommodation fee is chargeable at check-in.
    We accept cash and the credit cards below, electronic money, Edy and PayPay.

  • Does the hotel have parking?

    Yes. Free parking is available.

  • Is there a laundry rooms?

    Laundry rooms are available on all floors with laundry detergent provided in the guest room for all staying guests.
    The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ice machine. If you wish to utilize our laundry service for a fee, please fill out the order slip provided in your room and kindly submit it to the front desk. (If you drop off your laundry at the front desk by 10:00 a.m. we will return your finished item(s) in the evening on the same day.)

Stay with Children

  • What is the age of children free of charge for bed-sharing?

    The maximum age for bed-sharing is 5 years old, and up to 1 child can use an existing bed per adult. Children 6 years and older are included in the capacity of one room and an adult charge is chargeable.

  • Does the hotel provide kid’s rental items?

    The following items are available for children staying at the hotel. (Limited numbers, advance reservation required)

    • Crib (for children 1 year old and under)
    • Diaper trash box
    • Baby bottle disinfection case
    • Stroller (for children 2 years old and under)
    • Bed guard
    • Toothbrush set (including slippers for children)
    • Pajamas (adult S size is provided)

About Breakfast and Lounge

  • What are the open hours?

    07: 00~10: 00 (L/O 09: 30)

  • What are the operating hours for the Club Lounge?

    The 7th Moon Club Lounge, exclusive for staying guests, is open from 11:00~22:00.

    However, there may be a change in the open hours and services provided.

    Club Lounge Service Contents:

    • 11: 00 ~ 18: 00 Self-service of soft drinks and coffee.
    • 14: 00 ~ 16: 00 Tea Time (soft drinks and sweets)
    • 16: 00 ~ 18: 00 Aperitif Time (alcohol and light meals)
    • 18: 00 ~ 22: 00 Bar Time (charges will incur for alcohol and light meals) Please be noted that service hours may change

About Fitness Gym

  • What are the service hours?

    The gym is open from 08: 00 ~ 20: 00.

  • Can I use the hotel facilities without staying overnight?

    No. All facilities usage is exclusive for hotel guests only.

  • Is there an age limit for the usage?

    We kindly request that any child below 13 years of age refrain from utilizing the gym equipment.

    We kindly request that you enter the gym with indoor shoes.

  • Do you have rental shoes?

    Rental shoes are available, please kindly visit the front desk for assistance.

  • Is there a locker room?

    Yes, locker room is available for changing.

About the Pool

  • Can non-hotel guest visit the pool?

    No. All facilities usage is exclusive for hotel guests only.

  • What are the service hours?

    April ~ October 10: 00 ~ 19: 00, November ~ March Closed

    Operating hours will change depending on the climate and other conditions.

  • Does the hotel have pool towels?

    Pool towels can be rented on the 7th floor. There is also a pool gown in your room.

  • Is there any age limit?

    The hotel pool depth is 1.2 meters. Children from age 5 to 15 must be accompanied by a guardian when swimming.

    However, please kindly refrain infants using diapers to use the pool.


  • Can I ship a luggage from the hotel?

    Luggage may be accepted at the front desk on the 1st floor or at the shop “Mancha” for shipping.

    • However, we cannot accept luggage with a width + depth + height exceeding 160 cm or is more than 25 kg.
    • There are some items in the shop that may not be shipped.
  • Is there a souvenir shop or convenient store in the hotel?

    There is a Travelers Gift Shop “Mancha” on the 1st floor. Light meals and drinks are available.

    We do not have a vending machine, but we do have a minibar in the room.

  • Is there a lounge or café in the lobby?

    Yes. There is a café “Marina Bay Café” on the 1st floor. Walk in guests are welcome.

  • Can I rent a car from the hotel?

    There is a rental company [Orix Rent-A-Car Chatan Fisherina Branch] next door from the hotel.

    Room floors above the second floor are reserved for the exclusive use of guests.
    Please refrain from meeting with visitors in your guest rooms.
